Abstract

The study focused on exploring the factors that influence employee retention in companies and human resources. It aimed to achieve three objectives: firstly, to investigate the effect of employee rewards on employee retention; secondly, to examine the impact of human resource policies on employee retention, and finally, to analyze the correlation between job satisfaction and employee retention. The results of this study will provide valuable insights for companies to develop effective strategies to retain their employees. The study utilized qualitative research methodology and employed McClelland's Achievement Motivation Theory. The findings indicated that employee reward, human resource policies, and job satisfaction have a positive impact on employee retention. It is recommended that organizations continue implementing these policies and practices in order to effectively address retention.
