Publication Ethics and Research Integrity

Direct Research Journal of Health and Pharmacology (DRJHP) is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics, research integrity, transparency, and responsible scholarly communication.

Authors are expected to ensure that submitted manuscripts represent original work, have not been published previously, and are not simultaneously under consideration by another journal. Authors are also responsible for ensuring that all sources are appropriately acknowledged and cited.

Research involving human participants, animals, biological materials, or other ethically sensitive subjects should comply with applicable institutional, national, and international ethical requirements. Where applicable, authors should provide appropriate information regarding ethical approval and informed consent.

DRJHP does not tolerate:

• Plagiarism or substantial unattributed copying;
• Duplicate or redundant publication;
• Fabrication or falsification of research data;
• Manipulation or inappropriate presentation of research findings;
• Improper authorship or undisclosed authorship conflicts;
• Undisclosed conflicts of interest;
• Unethical research practices; or
• Manipulation of the peer-review or publication process.

Authors must disclose relevant conflicts of interest and identify sources of financial or other support for the research where applicable.

The journal may investigate suspected breaches of publication ethics and may take appropriate corrective action, including requesting clarification, issuing corrections or retractions, rejecting manuscripts, or notifying relevant institutions where necessary.

DRJHP encourages authors, reviewers, and editors to uphold the principles of honesty, transparency, accountability, fairness, and respect for the integrity of the scientific record
