Submission Checklist

Direct Research Journal of Education and Vocational Studies (DRJEVS)

Authors should ensure that their manuscript meets the following requirements before submission:

 

✅ General Requirements

  •  Manuscript is written in English and checked for grammar and clarity.

  •  Manuscript is prepared in Microsoft Word, double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 pt.

  •  Length is within the journal’s limits (4,000–8,000 words for full articles).

  •  Title page includes title, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author email.

  •  Manuscript is original and has not been submitted elsewhere.

 

✅ Content & Structure

  •  Abstract (150–250 words) provided with 3–6 keywords.

  •  Sections included: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion/Conclusion.

  •  Figures and tables are numbered, cited in the text, and have clear captions.

  •  References are formatted in APA 7th edition style and all in-text citations match the reference list.

  •  Ethical approval statement included (if applicable).

  •  Conflict of interest statement included.

 

✅ Figures & Tables

  •  Figures are submitted in JPEG/PNG format, minimum 300 dpi resolution.

  •  Tables are editable (not images).

  •  All figures/tables are cited in the manuscript.

 

✅ Supporting Documents

  • Cover letter included, stating originality and relevance.

  •  Signed copyright transfer agreement ready for submission upon acceptance.

  •  Plagiarism check completed (similarity index within acceptable limits).

 

✅ Final Review

  •  Manuscript has been proofread by all authors.

  • All authors approve the final version.

  •  Submission complies with DRJEVS formatting and ethical guidelines.
